Sorry I've been away from the blog. It's been a struggle to find the right balance of taking care of these two and getting anything else done.
But I've been writing posts offline, and I've finally got a few updated here. So scroll down for the latest. The birth story is posted, and detail about our second stint in the hospital. Warning - lots of photos of babies in the birth story post, and a few in the other posts as well.
I haven't had time to check in on anybody elses blogs. I hope all my blogging friends are doing well. I know that several of my cycle mates have delivered their babies too - so congrats to you! I will try to check in and comment soon.

Hello--and congrats! I'm just a lurker, got to your site from a friend's (am also in the NW). As a sort-of new mom of twins (they're 18 months old today), I can tell you that the breastfeeding gets SO much easier! And much faster! It took our girls about four weeks to really "get it", but then it only took about 20 mins/meal. Hang in there--and congrats again! :)
I started reading your blog recently - I love your birth story and all the pictures!!!
Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful twins!
Wow - what a tale. I'm glad you got those early problems sorted out - especially with the heart. Hopefully it's smooth sailing from here - whatever that means!

And I'm thrilled for you and Jim- congratulations again.

I haven't managed to do much posting since my triplets were born either. I haven't even managed to post a birth story or even write posts offline. I'm now trying to catch up with your posts! Your babies are super-cute!! :)
