not negative, but...

45.4.

It's too low for my comfort. I've been in low beta land before and it didn't end well. I'm not jumping for joy yet - not until I see something good on an ultrasound. Second beta on Sunday.

Thinking of you and hoping it is a late implanter.

With my two low betas I did read lots and even my doctor said something about donor eggs being low betas.

And I also have read boys are often low numbers.

But really hoping you don't go through beta hell.

I'll be thinking of you over the weekend and hoping you get a number you can be confident in on Sunday.

From mostly a lurker....
I, too, have had beta nightmares. My mom is a nurse practitioner and both times I went thru it, she reminded me that "normal" women don't get betas. So, who really knows what "normal" levels are? I'll keep fingers/toes crossed for you.

Hang in there, my first beta was 50 and I felt the same way. Everything turned out perfectly ok, I hope it does for you too!!
